 POLICY

If you think that you've received a defective, incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can get that mishap sorted out for you. Items must be returned or exchanged  (if inventory is available) within 7 days of receiving the item IF BY MAIL OR PICK UP.

For apparel:

  • Must remain un-washed and unworn, no visible markings, stains or use of clothing.

  • White clothing is FINAL SALE.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, No exceptions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, please shop with care.

  • Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment.

WEBSITE AND LOGOS

  • Once website is completed, ShopCHERINE is not responsible for maintaining or updating website.

  • For logos, once final confirmation for final logo is made by client, ShopCHERINE is not responsible for any changes made. A $50.00 feee will be charged to client.

  • ShopCHERINE is not responsible for researching if a logo name is within Trademark law.

CUSTOM ART

  • All hand painted items are final sale due to it being custom.

  • Any items (bought from shop, paintings included) that are not picked up after 30 days will be deemed as "abandoned" and placed back up for sale (this does not include clients personal item)  any deposits will not be refunded as a deposit is used for service.​ 

  • If client does not pay remainder of payment, ShopCHERINE rhas the right to hold client's personal item until payment for service is fully made. Please keep track of your payments.

  • ShopCHERINE is not responsible for continuous "pick up" reminders nor responsible for storing any "unpicked up" items on premises after 30 days. Any "unpicked up clients personal items" left for custom art will be charged a storage fee of $25 for each month items are stored on premises. Please make any arrangements for on-time pick up.

PAINT PARTIES AND EVENTS

ALL TICKETS TO SIP AND PAINT PARTIES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

There are no cancelations the day of for canvases/persons Please make sure to book accordingly. Cancellations for a full return on deposit must be notified 10 days before event, if not, deposit can not be refunded. Materials are booked. By purchasing and booking party, you are aware of this policy.
